Empowering Grace Living Ltd delivers recovery-focused supported living for adults living with mental health conditions — across Sheffield, the wider South Yorkshire region and neighbouring areas. We help people hold onto their own front door key, rebuild their confidence, and get on with living.

Supported Living Accommodation
Safe, stable and supported housing across Sheffield for adults with mental health needs. We ensure every service user has a secure, comfortable home from which to build their life.
Family & Carer Engagement
Families and carers are vital partners in a service user’s journey. We maintain open, respectful communication with loved ones and carers, involving them appropriately at every stage of support.
Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
Our trained support workers provide consistent, compassionate support to help service users manage the daily challenges of living with mental health conditions in a non-clinical, dignified setting.
Bespoke Support Planning
Every service user receives a detailed, individually co-produced support plan developed in full collaboration with them, their family, care coordinators and relevant professionals.

Our Collective Expertise
Our management team collectively brings over 10 years of frontline mental health experience — spanning supported living, NHS community mental health, special needs education, social work and care coordination. This depth of knowledge underpins every decision we make.
Management & Training
Our Assistant Manager brings a distinctive background in special needs teaching and training, giving our team a unique depth of expertise in supporting service users with complex learning profiles alongside their mental health needs. They lead staff development, training programmes, and quality assurance across the service.

Our Care Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of all support services, bringing extensive mental health social care experience and a leadership ethos built on dignity, recovery and meaningful outcomes for every service user.

Coordination & Planning
Our Care Coordinator is the operational hub of our service — ensuring seamless communication between service users, support workers, families and external agencies. They oversee support plan reviews, appointment coordination, referral management, and day-to-day service continuity to ensure every service user receives the right support at the right time.

Frontline Leadership
Our Senior Support Workers hold Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications and specialist mental health training. They lead and mentor support teams, deputise for management and ensure the consistent delivery of person-centred support across all placements.

Direct Support
All support staff are fully DBS-checked, trained in safeguarding, mental health awareness, Mandt/de-escalation and first aid. Matched carefully to each service user, they are committed to walking alongside the people we support on their journey toward independence.
